Walk, run, cycle, swim or ride your way to your target and know that every mile covered and the vital funds your raise will enable your local air ambulance to be there for critically ill or injured patients.

I'm challenging myself to complete 100 Miles in October for Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance. This challenge is going to be tough and I will be sharing my progress here. I hope to raise as much as I can to help critically ill or injured patients across the region. Just £10 could help towards the cost of trauma bandages, so every penny really does count.
