One Big Walk will take place during Learning Disability Week  Monday 15 - Sunday 21 June 2026 to help raise funds and awareness for people with a learning disability.

Whether you walk or push this challenge alone or with friends, family and work colleagues you’ll be supporting the 1.5million people with a learning disability in the UK and their families. 

Mencap know that people with a learning disability face huge inequalities and more likely to be socially isolated, with one in five people in the UK having seen someone mocked because of their learning disability. 

Mencap want to change this and with your support joining One Big Walk we are able to continue to campaign tirelessly for people’s rights and stand up against stigma and discrimination.
