If you tapped a link in Facebook, Instagram, or another app, you're using that app's built-in browser, which can sometimes have issues creating a fundraiser. Tap the ••• or share icon and choose "Open in Safari" (or "Open in external browser"). You can also copy the link and paste it into Safari or another browser yourself as well.
Private tabs can block the storage this form needs. Close the private tab, open a regular browser window, and paste the link there.
Setting up a fundraiser may open a Facebook login window. Open your browser settings and turn off any pop-up blockers, then come back and try again.
First check you are online and then open the same link in a different browser. If your device is very low on storage, free up some space and try again.
When trying to claim a fundraiser, some browser addons or stored data may block the process. Try using an incognito tab or another browser.
